Nice and clean room. Great location, but noisy street at night.
We spent one night in room 1. To be honest, we were a bit worried because of the reviews, but in our experience, it was very good. The room is fantastic, very modern for the price and the hotel's star rating. We were able to sleep peacefully without any problems. It's true that the room is right behind reception, but since there's almost never anyone there, you don't get woken up by noise. Overall, very good. I'm writing this review to show that it's not as bad as the others make it out to be.
Disgraceful. We made the reservation a month ago. We were three adults. We booked two rooms. One with one bed and one with two. When we arrived, there were no rooms with two beds. The receptionist very kindly tried to resolve the problem by calling the owner, who at first refused to help us. Faced with this situation, she finally treated us rudely and made us feel like it was our fault. No apologies or solutions. The owner's customer service was beyond appalling and arrogant. I do not recommend it.
Small hotel in an apartment building (first floor). Room 6 is very small, barely able to walk around the bed. I requested check-in at 12 PM and was accepted at 2 PM. Reception has limited hours. Thin walls, conversations can be clearly heard. The bar downstairs is noisy until 3:50 AM (almost morning). Checkout is at 12 PM, and the receptionist rudely told me to return the key at 11 AM. I had to work hard to prove that check-out is at 12 PM. I definitely wouldn't recommend it.
I would not recommend this hotel at all, the first thing that shocked me was that they made me cancel the Booking reservation, which is where I had it, obviously we already know why... The girl's treatment was a bit arrogant and unfriendly, the water from the shower came out and flooded the entire bathroom, we had to use our towels to clean it, the hotel has quite a few stairs and since you have suitcases, they don't make the slightest effort to help you, they don't warn you about this at any time. The location is great.
