Great location and excellent staff! The front desk lady was SUPER kind and helpful - genuinely loves everyone and treats every guest with love, kindness & respect. Rooms were a nice size with great bathrooms and everything was super clean.
Great room, the staff at the desk were so helpful and pleasant. Only complaint was the bed was a little uncomfortable. Also would note that the parking they have involves taking a car elevator down from a pedestrian street, for advanced drivers only.
Nicely appointed clean room, great helpful reception staff. The location was very good in the center, near the beach, lots of restaurants, cafes and bars.
The hotel is very clean. The customer service is exceptional. Very close to the Marina and the Beach, and is surrounded by restaurants and coffee shops. My only criticism is the room had two beds pushed together on a tile floor, so they didn't stay together and they were uncomfortable
+ The location was really perfect. + Someone had been smoking in the first room we were given, so the receptionist gave us another room with no further questions. We are grateful for that! + We were extremely lucky to have the courtyard view. The streets around the hotel are a really noisy, vibrant area at night. + The beds and pillows were very comfortable. Extra blankets. + Clean rooms. - The rooms don't have a fridge. - Only one tiny trash bin in the bathroom. - We arrived at 7 am after a really long night by bus from Cádiz and it seemed the receptionist wanted to get rid of us. We didn't feel welcome. - No other place for the luggage except the wardrobe. Not very comfortable.
