My experience with Life Magenta Gijón was very negative regarding administrative and billing management. After paying €143.94 through Booking.com, the hotel refused to issue an invoice for the full amount paid, claiming they can only invoice what they receive after Booking.com's commission. This is not only legally incorrect, but also a complete lack of professionalism and respect for the customer. As a company, we need correct invoices to comply with our tax obligations, and this hotel completely ignores this, referring us to Booking.com and refusing to accept responsibility. A very disappointing experience and not recommended, at least for those who require serious and professional service.
Nice place, but there's nowhere to wash dishes, the microwave barely heats up, there are no napkins, the placemats are dirty, nothing to cook with, hardly any games or books for children... there's no shower gel or shampoo, and it's freezing cold... They fixed the heating on Saturday around noon, after a freezing Friday night. It needs maintenance and better management.
The room had no privacy in the bathroom; it was like there was no door. Breakfast is included, but it's very poor. The location is good, but parking is difficult.
Disgusting. It's without a doubt the worst accommodation experience of my life. I'd give it zero stars if I could. The only good thing about it is the location. Dirty room, dirty bathroom, smelly sheets… The bathroom fan hasn't been cleaned since before the building was even built. I can understand if it's relatively new or modern, but what I can't understand is the apathy and negligence when it comes to cleaning. You pay for a breakfast that consists of open cartons of juice and milk in a refrigerator, a plate next to a sunny window with slices of cheese and ham, half-empty jars of jam, muffins, and croissants. Food safety and hygiene seem to be a major concern. I just hope my experience makes people think twice about coming here. I wouldn't wish it on my worst enemy. Run.
A therapeutic center specialized in the treatment of addictions, very professional and with highly qualified staff. The entire team is very close and willing to help in any way they can, making everyone feel at home. I would recommend it without a doubt.
