I can't agree with the bad reviews! The door codes worked perfectly, the room was clean, the towels were super soft, and the bottom pillow was memory foam! The bathroom was also nice and large and modern with a rain shower! There was a fan and a refrigerator! I loved it and would have happily stayed another night! :)

Very well located in the city center, right next to the taxi and bus stops. The interior has been recently renovated and everything looks brand new. The beds and pillows are incredibly comfortable; we'll definitely be back.

I had a truly disappointing experience at this hotel. From the moment I entered the room, I noticed the bed was covered in hair, which is unacceptable by any basic standard of cleanliness. Clearly, the sheets hadn't been changed, which I find unhygienic and disrespectful to guests. You pay for a room expecting, at the very least, clean sheets upon arrival—something fundamental in any accommodation. Furthermore, the bathroom door stopper was broken, so the door slammed directly against the toilet every time it was opened. This is not only inconvenient but also a clear sign of neglect in maintenance. To make matters worse, the towel rack was completely detached from the wall, rendering it unusable. I expected at least minimal hygienic and functional conditions, but this was not the case. I would definitely not recommend this place and hope they take urgent steps to improve, out of respect for future guests.

The location is very good and the facilities are too. The downside is that they have some kind of problem with the plumbing and it smells terrible, like sewage. It's a big problem that they need to fix as soon as possible.

Just another hotel with nothing to offer, no personal attention, the photos don't match what's advertised on Booking. In other words, another scam. I look at photos and expect to find that, and I find a room overlooking a horrible interior courtyard.
