Beautiful room, excellent location, elevator, no parking. Staff is only available certain hours per day. The room feels a bit cramped. The AC was not working well, not cooling. The living area would benefit from a more subtle light, as an alternative to the very bright ceiling lights. There are only black-out curtains on the windows, so you can't have privacy and light at the same time. The bathroom is tiny, you can barely fit in the shower, and the water spills between the shower doors, leaving a puddle on the floor. It's overpriced for what it offers. I personally hate the electronic numeric keys, one set of numbers for the main door, another set of numbers for the room. I guess it caters to a certain type of traveler. As for us, next time we'll pay the same price for a full service hotel.
Everything was nice. Bigger than I expected. Staff downstairs until a certain hour and they lend you anything you need. The location was ideal especially for us not wanting to be at the center of the waterfront area.
The room is fine - personally I don’t like the dark furnitures for hotels - but the bathroom is very small. Unfortunately we couldn’t sleep much because there is no sound isolation between floor/ceiling: there was someone walking like an elephant above as heavy that our bedroom shakes and even the earplugs weren’t enough. On the other hand, the location is perfect to visit the city center. But be aware there is no street parking and you must pay 24€/day in the private one.
Good central location - no parking which is an additional fee to bear in mind. The room does not live up to what is advertised in my opinion, if you had a long journey avoid as there is no noise isolation so you can hear everything from other rooms- 0 rest. Cleaning needs improvement especially in bathrooms.
15-16/05/2025 Receptionist does speak English a little bit. The check -in is very complicate as They ask 100€ deposit and credit card. No parking lot. The receptionist refused my Upgrade while the hotel was empty. Avoid at all the costs.
