the lady who runs it is very friendly, she also runs the museum that's next to it. She speaks spanish and german. The albergue itself is very small, but it has all the thing you need. A place to sit outside in the sun, and a place with some shade, a microwave and such are also there. 6 of the 8 bed were occupied, and it felt full already. Just your typical rural albergue.
Small pilgrim albergue. Nice beds and two bathrooms enough for 16 people. No kitchen.
Definitely closed for now in October
It's clean and in perfect condition...it could use a small dining area for the winter. The local police officer who helped me, as the usual officer wasn't there, was very kind.
Lovely place, reasonable price for pilgrims. Very helpful staff. Hot water issues. Right in the center of Santillana. Worth it.
