We had a great experience at this hotel. Rooms were spacious and very pretty. Loved the historic elements - the public areas and gardens were gorgeous! Staff was very helpful. It was difficult to find the specific location of the hotel in the historic area since we were driving. Suggest a bigger sign on the street where the parking lot was - easier to get there than at the front entry!

Really beautiful historic hotel with charming and well-appointed rooms. The staff are super helpfull and friendly. It's a pity we only got to stay one night.

Picturesque hotel in heart of village with warm and welcoming service. The garden and terrace is an extremely peaceful place to sit and relax. We had connecting rooms with small sitting room for the family. The hotel has lots of character throughout.

Totally amazing experience, staff are outstanding.. The decor is a pure joy... so much to appreciate and enjoy... excellent parking. Absolutely beautiful garden space, so much effort and detail have been lavished on the building and rightly so. However, our second/attic floor room wasn't a 5 star experience... our room needed a dormer window at least and better floor covering. The breakfast was great and again the staff were very helpful. This Hotel is not accessible to the public which creates a very private and exclusive experience.

We had 4 lovely nights here and were very pleased with our room, the lovely sitting areas in the hotel, and above all - all the excellent staff we had contact with. We were particularly helped by the reception staff who worked our days - Eva & Belén. These two ladies could not have been more helpful. Additionally, given it was the cool of November, the log fires well tendered in both the sitting rooms were a lovely touch. Fully recommended if coming to this lovely medieval town.
