Hotel BESTPRICE Santillana

I don’t normally leave reviews, but this is a really good Hotel and I wanted everybody to know that if they stay here, they’re lucky and everything will be good! A++ 5⭐️

I’m going to assess the hotel based on what I paid, even though it’s a 2-star. The hotel’s location is excellent. Check-in is done through a machine, which is innovative, but the process is straightforward. Communication with reception is via WhatsApp. Once inside the hotel, everything looks quite modern. The rooms are nicely decorated, with good towels and sheets, but they are quite small. I was alone, so it didn’t bother me, but my parents, who were in another room, felt a bit cramped. The bathroom is modern but lacks space for personal items. The air conditioning in my room didn’t work. Although it wasn’t hot, I needed it as a dehumidifier, but it didn’t function. The breakfast is very basic and doesn’t cater to all tastes. I wanted yogurt, but they didn’t have it. They had ham, tortilla, toast, croissants, madelanas and juice. The staff at breakfast was nice. The most significant downside for me is the lack of sound insulation in the rooms. You can hear a lot of noise from other guests, their phones, when they open the door, people entering the hotel, and when they have breakfast. Considering the price, I expected a bit more.

A Perfect Blend of Comfort and Tradition I recently had the pleasure of staying at a brand-new hotel in Santillana del Mar, and I must say it exceeded all my expectations. First and foremost, the air-conditioned rooms were a breath of fresh air, literally. The system worked flawlessly, ensuring a cool and pleasant atmosphere throughout my stay. The rooms are modern and stylish. The cleanliness was remarkable, adding to the overall inviting ambiance. One standout feature of this hotel was the inclusion of a traditional Cantabrian breakfast, which was an absolute delight. A range of regional specialties were on offer, such as sobaos. Location-wise, the hotel is situated in the heart of Santillana del Mar. Within a short walking distance, I was able to explore the scenic streets.

Brand new hotel with charming sleep rooms with air conditioning. Our room headed the nice view to the mountain/field. Breakfast included. Truly recommend it. Will get back for sure

A very comfortable and practical hotel, without any frills. The automated check-in process when reception is closed works perfectly. The rooms are simple and clean, in good condition, and have comfortable beds. If I had to find a fault, they are a bit small (understandable for the price), but it would be nice to add a chair or side table if possible, in addition to the bedside tables. In any case, 100% recommended, and good value for money.
