5 / 5 Hotel good price-quality
1 / 5 My 77-year-old mother is staying at this hotel. She asked to be moved to a room with a shower because the bathroom has a bathtub, not even a handle, and yesterday she slipped and fell. Well, they ignored it.
The breakfast was pathetic, meager, and of the worst quality. It consisted of a puny, dry apple. She asked for another piece of fruit, and they gave her an even punier, dry orange, a piece of transparent bread with a slice of transparent pink cold cuts. A mini sobao and lukewarm coffee. They have to have breakfast again later because they'll leave hungry. The lunch and dinner plan isn't exactly amazing, but at least they won't leave hungry.
I definitely won't be back. By the way, I don't know how people say this hotel has great service if there's never anyone at reception...
4 / 5 It boasts a convenient location a short drive from the town center, and offers a swimming pool and free parking. The rooms aren't the most modern or welcoming you might expect. It's a nice-looking hotel, but the rooms are in need of a facelift.
1 / 5 Rating: ★☆☆☆☆
My experience at this hotel was very bad. The room lacked power outlets near the nightstand, which was very inconvenient. The walls felt like paper thin: conversations and noises from adjacent rooms were clearly audible, making it difficult to rest. Furthermore, there were no proper curtains, and from outside (or from other apartments) you could clearly see inside, even the bed area, which is a serious lack of privacy.
The price is excessive for what they offer, especially considering that breakfast is not included. Overall, the value for money is very poor, and I would not return or recommend it.
1 / 5 The location is prime. However, it's a hostel with very shabby rooms and problems. You can hear everything between rooms and floors, making it impossible to get a good night's sleep. It smells damp. It's hot inside, and there's no air conditioning. If you open the windows, all the guests can see you. Furthermore, there are no mosquito nets in that location, and mosquitoes eat you at night. The housekeeping is very poor: spiders and cobwebs in every corner. The main bed sags and makes noise. Suffice it to say that the receptionist offers you a free soft drink in exchange for the cleaning staff not coming in for a day... and, given what I've seen, they don't do their job very well.
Very expensive for so much discomfort, dirt, and neglect.
