The stuff was incredibly helpful. In my case, me leg was injured and the stuff was doing their best to make me feel like at home. The made our stay very warm. They are very proud of their town and they do not hesitate to provide information about Santillana del Mar and their surroundings. It is a family business and the whole family is super nice. Very kindly and humble people. They made sure that we were eating properly and they even made sure that someone was at the recording early in the morning so we could have a coffee before leaving. Even though the rooms are old! The are quite bit and they get a lot of natural light. Most importantly, they are extremely clean. The wifi signal is not the best in the rooms since it is thought to work just in the common areas. There is a free parking area which is very convenient since parking in town can be very cumbersome. It is located close to the downtown but far enough to enjoy the tranquility of the area without the house of the downtown, always very crowded, especially in the summer season

Very nice basic hotel, very clean. Close to the Altamira caves. Lovely pastoral surroundings.
It was an excellent experience, best quality/price ration. Personnel quite friendly and helpful.
