Whether you travel with friends or with the family, this is the perfect place to stay! Best of all? The service! They are extremely friendly, always eager to help and constantly making sure you are comfortable while discovering the best of Cantabria. Make sure you also take the time to try surfing! They have a surfing school which I definitely recommend too. Fun time guaranteed with very knowledgeable instructors! We will definitely come back!

The accommodation are great. Unfortunately, the processing via Expedia with Las Casitas del Santillana is not: I booked this accomodation via Expedia and payed in advance: On side, the amount was charged to my credit card again, with the advice that they would take care of refunding me the amount I had paid twice. Unfortunately, I have not yet received my money back, nor has anyone from Las Casitas del Sanitllana responded to my messages - not professional. Update I : I still don't got my money back. Finally I was contacted by Las Casitas with an apology and a solution, but with no result yet. Update II: I still got no solution. Las casitas ignored all my e-mails since a few month - Not very cosnumer centric. Update III: Unfortunately they are ignoring me still. Absolutely dissapointed, and I still got not my money back.

We stayed here for five days, and it lived up to our expectations. Ideal for families, this tastefully decorated house features three floors, including a garage, living room, and bedrooms. The decor is also very beautiful, and the exterior is very well maintained. We recommend it.

Very good accommodation in Santillana del Mar, just outside the center of Santillana, 4 minutes from the historic center. Very nice accommodation, very well-maintained, and very clean. The rooms are quite large, as are the kitchen and living room. A 10 for the indoor parking space in the house, which can be accessed from both inside and outside the house. Highly recommended! Patri is very attentive to ensure everything runs smoothly at all times.
