Lovely hotel for a great price! Very traditional and pretty hotel. Our room had a balcony and was very clean and spacious. The staff were very friendly. We had a nice breakfast outside enjoying the countryside views. It also had parking which was a must for us. Would definitely recommend! Just be aware there is no lift as it is an older building so there is a winding staircase to the top floor - only a bit tricky if you have heavy suitcases like we did!

Simple and unpretentious, but very nice, and the rooms are very spacious. Everything was spotless. We loved it and will definitely be back. The service was outstanding. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable.

The room was simple but very clean, just what you need on vacation. The only drawback was that the bathroom was very small; if they had a sliding door, it would have been a lot more space. The service was excellent. The family who runs it was very friendly. They told you what you could see there and throughout Cantabria and recommended places to eat. I thanked them for that. The breakfasts were good. There was parking, which was essential because everything in the area was paid. It was about a three-minute walk from the old town. I highly recommend this place.

The stay was perfect. Everything was very clean and cozy. It's like being at home. The bathroom is a little small, and a sliding door would have been more comfortable, but it's very clean and everything works perfectly. Ismael is helpful, pleasant, and very kind. He guides you through your visits and recommends impressive places. I recommend it if you want to feel like family. If we return to Santillana, we'll definitely stay there again.
