5 / 5 Nice host, good location, nice rooms and bathrooms but could do with airco or at least a fan. Main bed ok but the other bed not so much. Parking can be a pain. Definitely worth it.
5 / 5 Lovely Posada in a great location close to the Medieval town, Altamira cave with prehistoric paintings, grocery store and bus stop. Fresh bed linens with embroidered edges. Jo kept my room immaculately clean while Coral gave helpful advice on restaurants and transportation. In general, the staff has been very friendly and eager to assist.
3 / 5 Very compact and basic, but practical and clean; good value for money and very close to the centre of a truly wonderful little town. Almost no wifi (in our room anyway) so pack a good book for a rainy day. Breakfast is very basic too and the coffee pretty awful (having been spoiled perhaps with excellent espresso almost everywhere you go), but it’s also unusually cheap at 4 Euro and served by the most friendly staff.
3 / 5 We were in Posada Araceli for two nights and it was more than enough. We had a very small room, where it was hard to stand up right. It was clean, but far from spotless. The room had a stale smell which was covered by the intensive smell of thyme or something artificial that smelled like thyme. The bathroom had neither window nor ventilation and it was not easy to access the room. Location is great, parking space limited, breakfast ok, the breakfast room was to small, some guest had to wait for their turn. Not great start in the morning. On the second day when we got back in the room, somebody had forgotten their duster in our room and it was on the table where our personal belongings were and under the duster were also the teebags, that they left for us-that was anything, but sanitary!
1 / 5 If you are an old person or a baby, youd like this place!! Entering the room, we were greeted by multiple odors one in particular stood out the most. The throw rug smelt like rotting flesh.. Next, the breakfast was pathetic. 2 slices of ham and one slice of cheese with stale bread and plastic wrapped cakes with butter 8 euros!!! Doesnt seem like breakfast to me. The worst part, though, the receptionist could not have givin us worse information. We were pressed for time and asked for a few activities and he completely misguided us. As well as giving us all the wrong bus information for our next destination. In conclusion, backpackers and travelers beware. You are not welcome here! If you come here do your own reasearch! Dont trust everything these people tell you!
