Nice clean and comfortable place. They use punch cards for room keys which is cool. Dedicated elevator in the lobby to get to your room easily if you don't choose to use the stairs. Fast checkout process. During the rainy days, it's nice to have a place that's inside that you can still roam around and even eat at.

Furnishing is slightly out of date, but its clean and very tidy, not worned out at least. Ask for the street view, its much better than the mall view. Housekeeping is top notch, cannot get any better. The reception was great and very friendly, we had bikes stored in their store room and had to collect the keys from them. The hotel is bicycle friendly, expect the shopping mall lifts don't operate on Sundays, expect to carry the bikes to the 1st floor. Walk around the square mall before doing anything, you can buy a lot of groceries or personal things from the supermarket(very well stocked) and shops. Restaurants outside the square is also cheap, around €16 for a seafood rice, €60 at the Cathedral area. Thank me later!!!!

The hotel is super clean, the rooms are spacious, the staff always pleasant and polite. The breakfast bar always comprises fresh food with enough choice…even for gluten free. The 3 of us heartedly recommend it. For people with walking issues, please be aware that the hotel is located 25mn from Santiago’s cathedral.

The Hotel Is about 2km from the center of Santiago, a 30 min walk and it's inside a small stopping mall. The interior is from the end of the 1970s with carpeted floors, however, the bathroom has been refurbished and there was a/c. There's 24/7 reception and staff were nice. The downside is the terrible noise isolation, you can hear every banging door and sounds from the rooms next to you which can make it unpleasant if you are staying for a night and like peace and quiet. Overall ok for a night but don't have too high expectations

Staff is always prone to help, the rooms are nice and clean. Location is great, there's a supermarket and a whole shopping center downstairs.
