Albergue S.Bento ( hostel )

Lovely. Nice and clean hostel with a view on the Minho river. The owner is extremely kind and prepared a free delicious dinner for all the pilgrims, even though we were just a few (6) for the night. It included fried vegetables, meat with tomato, salads of different kinds, red wine, water, and a refreshing fruit salad as dessert. The atmosphere was amazing and perfect to get to know the other pilgrims, we told our stories and had a lovely evening. There are rooms with 5-6 beads each, very clean, sheets included. 2 bathroom with shower and toilette.

An oasis on the Camino et Santiago where you can book a room for 3 and have all the comforts for the perfect Pilgrim, especially sleeping 🛌 without having to worry about waking someone up in the morning PS: the bathroom 🚽 is shared, everything is very clean, plus you have very soft blankets and towels 🤩

What a great place! Comfortable beds and facilities are good, but the best 2 things are a nice terrace with a great view on the river (and sunset), and the fact that you might receive a surprise meal for pilgrims, lovingly put together by the hosts.

It was incredible! 5/5 stars in Seixas! One of the best albergue for my Camino, the location was great for coastal route. The hosts were super super warm and welcoming, we had a great meal/soup and great time there. Also there’s nice river view on the balcony. Highly recommended to stay here for your coastal route( be prepared for a lot of hills hiking for the next day tho😉)

One of the nicest stays in the caminho! Lovely communal dinner (by donation) which brought the pilgrims together to share stories. Would definitely stay again.
