5 / 5 Excellent service and helpfulness. Paloma and Alvaro, the hosts, were very friendly and dedicated to ensuring the inn in Tineo was impeccably clean and well-maintained. It's in a great location for exploring anywhere in Asturias. The accommodation is simple and unpretentious, but it has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. I would definitely return.
5 / 5 The service couldn't have been better; they helped me with everything, giving me advice and adapting to my needs.
100% recommended.
2 / 5 This guesthouse has several private rooms with en-suite bathrooms; however, they are quite different from one another, and despite the guesthouse being empty, the owner didn't give us any options to choose from.
We arrived after walking thirty kilometers in the rain, completely soaked and freezing. The owner didn't turn on the heating despite the cold weather. We asked for newspapers to dry our soaked boots, and she was reluctant to give us even one.
In short, the guesthouse is adequate, but the service wasn't the best, even though there were no other guests because we had just come out of the pandemic.
5 / 5 Since I'm in Tineo, in my personal experience, it's mostly frequented by pilgrims on the Primitive Camino. I personally spent two nights there, and although the second wasn't originally planned, I found the owner very accommodating in allowing me to stay. Especially considering I'm doing the Camino in August during Covid, and therefore, both due to restrictions and tourism, all the hostels and hotels are full.
The owner's helpfulness and kindness were evident once again in helping me find places to sleep on the stages following hers. Furthermore, she was understanding and interested in my stay. The added value of this place was definitely her thoughtfulness and understanding.
4 / 5 Do not use TAXICAMINO services; they left us with very poor service.
