I'm not giving it a higher rating because they're not apartments. They're rooms with a bathroom. There's no kitchenette. However, the bed is very large with a good mattress and pillow. The bathroom has a very large and spacious shower. But you can't expect something to be offered if it isn't.
Centrally located, but access for people with reduced mobility or the elderly is difficult due to a steep and high flight of stairs. The house itself is very nice and has everything you need.
