Let's start positively: The apartment is beautiful, clean, and spacious. It's also conveniently located in the city center. The bed is fantastic. Good mattress, comfortable blankets/sheets. The decor is also really nice and cozy. But...as everywhere in Spain, they would do well to consider insulation, especially if a window faces a busy street with a bar below. This is certainly not exclusive to this establishment, but is noticeable in many places in Spain. When people pay a considerable amount for a room/apartment (which is, by the way, quite worth it!!), they also want to be able to sleep peacefully... Unfortunately, that's not possible on a Saturday. The "window" is a wooden door/window that doesn't fit properly and lets everything in. A missed opportunity, and therefore only 4 stars. Insulation, insulation, insulation!
We stayed on the night of August 31, 2024. We found the accommodation exceptional and it completely exceeded our expectations. After a stage of the Camino, it's an oasis. Pedro was wonderful, leaving us coffee capsules, cookies in the kitchen, and extra shower gel and toilet paper in the bathroom. Everything was very clean and comfortable. It's well located and offers excellent value for money. Thank you, Pedro!
This apartment is great. It looks like it was recently renovated. It has beautiful views and a fantastic location. The bedroom is very spacious. The kitchen was stocked with coffee capsules, sugar, salt, and other basic ingredients. The bathroom also had shampoo and shower gel. I would definitely stay there again.
Beautifully renovated apartment with a large bedroom and double bed, in the heart of a charming village with its estuary and small boats; tranquility, cobbled streets and hills. Many interesting churches and the CIEC Foundation workshop for lithography, intaglio, and screen printing, a leading institution in Spain. Go inside and see how they work—it's allowed and quite fascinating. And of course, you must try the Betanzos tortilla. A must-see, this town is approximately 20 km from A Coruña.
