Hotel Neru con Encanto

I had the pleasure of staying at this hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. From the moment I walked in, it was evident how immaculately clean everything was. The entire property seemed brand new, which added to the overall pleasant experience. The beds and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, providing a restful night's sleep each night. Despite its prime downtown location, the double pane windows effectively blocked out all external noise, ensuring a peaceful and quiet stay. The staff was extremely helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. Their excellent service truly enhanced our visit. Given this wonderful experience, we would definitely return on our next trip. Highly recommended!

New hotel in great location in Leon,very helpful friendly staff, clean rooms and excellent breakfast. Silvia at the reception was so helpful and did her utmost to help in anything to make our stay easy. Thanks to the man serving breakfast was very informative about places round Leon we can visit next time. I highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for your service🍷

Beds were a dream! Clean, spacious, modern and in an excellent central location steps from the main plaza & cathedral. Weekend nights the bar nearby goes till early morning and noise travels
