1 / 5 I booked it through Booking.com and none of the photos matched the room. There was a dangling electrical outlet, mold on the ceiling, curtain rods held up with electrical tape, the bathroom mirror propped up with boards, a rusty oven, coffee in the coffee maker that had been rotting for weeks, a noisy building, and one of the worst neighborhoods I've visited in Ferrol. Photos attached...
2 / 5 The apartment is in a terrible state...
-Dirty
-Small
-Smells of urine
-Smells of dampness
-Dirty sheets (full of hair) (brown stains). I don't want to think it's feces.
-Super uncomfortable bed.
-Dirty pillow covered in hair from the previous guests.
Overall, the apartment is a disaster... I'm on the second floor and it's a complete mess. (The worst money I've spent on this trip).
The neighborhood it's in looks very bad and isn't suitable. Parking is difficult to find, and so on and so forth...
1 / 5 The smell of marijuana throughout the building is deplorable, especially given the "No Smoking" sign.
The establishment isn't to blame for hosting some uncouth individual who lacks respect and basic manners.
1 / 5 If anyone wants to go to this place, bring bleach, ammonia, a scouring pad, plates, glasses, and even a brush, dustpan, and mop—they don't have any. But the worst part isn't even that; everything was uncleaned and covered in grease. The service was okay (they gave us the keys and that was it). Imagine a week without sweeping or mopping the floor, changing the sheets, or anything. It's one of the worst places I've ever been.
I have to highlight the best thing about the place by far: the 100 Mbps of free Wi-Fi.
4 / 5 Very central and well located. Very quiet and very well-equipped. It has everything: shower gel, hairdryer, TV, oven, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, salt, sugar, coffee, a small bottle of oil, dish soap, etc. They even left us a tray with croissants and a carton of milk; it was very thoughtful. I highly recommend it. Juan, the owner, is very friendly. Thank you very much.
