Casa Otano

Confortable hostel in one of the main street of Pamplona. The room is quite small, but it has all the necessary. The staff is nice and homing. I asked for a gluten free breakfast and every morning I had my gf plate from the chef. Attention there isn't any elevator!

Paints itself up as a hotel. Pictures are deceptive. We booked 2 rooms with on the pictures looked like an adjoining bathroom. We gor 2 rooms with bathrooms shared with a number of rooms. In reality it is a pension/ hostel type affair where you do not get what you booked.

A bit loud if you are looking to rest, but it is a prime location during San Fermines. Rooms are tight. No A/C. No hot water. Mold throughout the bathroom. Receptionist are not available 24/7.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had an absolutely dreadful experience. We were charged €1,000 for a three-night stay in a room that was no larger than a wardrobe and had no windows. The room was located on the fifth floor, and to our dismay, there was no elevator available, making it extremely difficult to access. Additionally, the common bathroom was in a deplorable state, lacking even a basic lock for privacy. This made the stay not only uncomfortable but also unsafe. I strongly advise against staying at this hotel. You would be much better off sleeping in a municipal parking lot than enduring the appalling conditions of this establishment.

Nothing they told me about check-in was correct. They wanted my credit card number sent by email to charge parking. They didn't do that. They said they were going to send an access code by WhatsApp because nobody would be there on Sunday. They didn't do that. Had to wait 1.5 hours for someone to finally show up. Response was... oh so sorry it was my compares fault.
