Don’t expect something special for 20€, you get what you paid for. If you are tired of staying in a public pilgrim hostel, the place is fine for a night. They just finished the cleaning when I arrived. I could check in early, nice communication. See pictures for the room description. The hostel is very close to the pulperia romean and it is very good for a lunch, a supermarket is quite close as well.
Although i cannot recommend it, for the basic use of a Pilgrim's needs it was fulfilling due to the effort that Noemi(hostel owner) puts in receiving people. However, for the regular traveler who is accustomed to hotel service and mini-bar, these accommodations are meeger at best.
Nice rooms in a top location close to the historic core of the city. The personal was very nice and helpful.
This accommodation is an absolute disgrace. The room is a disaster: the double-glazed windows offer no soundproofing whatsoever; you can hear absolutely everything from outside and from the neighbors. The bed is rock hard, it's unbearably cold, and there's a constant smell of tobacco and other substances. The walls are crumbling, there's damp everywhere, and the bathroom is dangerous: the ceiling is so low you practically have to touch the light fixture while showering, the floor is uneven, and the walls are full of cracks. Honestly, it's disgusting to think this place is still open to the public. I absolutely do not recommend it.
