This is an old Portuguese house with a great location, but it’s quite basic/bare-bones as other reviewers mentioned. The beds are uncomfortable. I traveled in the winter, and the rooms were so cold that they were not tolerable for even sleeping. If you come in the summer, I imagine this accommodation is much better.

Great Camino stop - basic but everything you need (expect to share a bathroom). Quaint old Portuguese house with very friendly staff and free laundry facilities. Excellent value considering the price (I stayed in alburgues sharing a room with 6 people for similar prices). The house is near to the train station, right on the river and next to a restaurant.
Very friendly staff and good place to land on the Camino! You can do your laundry and visit restaurants close by. Also close to boats to A Guarda or the train station (a few stops from Valença)
It’s okay. We paid almost €50 midweek & it’s very basic. Old everything but clean. Shared bathroom and kitchen that provided no tea, coffee, water kettle and nothing.
We came for one night. Stayed 4 nights and did excursions from here.
