Everything was great! I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks on a work trip and anything I needed she provided! The woman was incredibly kind and was always ready to answer the phone and help :) I highly recommend staying there as not only was the service great but the hotel was always clean and orderly. I don't have any complaints and I hope to be able to stay again 🤍. Thank you for everything!!!
I just arrived and I can say that the room is super clean, the receptionist is super friendly. It's a pleasure to meet people like that, and the location is perfect.
The woman who handled our booking was incredibly kind. Initially, there was no availability, but she was very helpful and kept at it until she managed to rearrange a couple of rooms to make room for us. In the end, we had to cancel due to an unforeseen circumstance, and even then, she didn't give us any trouble. Overall, excellent service and outstanding customer care. It's wonderful to find places that treat people this well.
It's close to the city wall and the receptionist was very helpful. The double rooms are fine.
The service and attention were excellent, the room was a bit small but with clean bathrooms and a television.
