The reception lady from neighboring hotel is unfriendly, arrogant and unwilling to help. Be careful if you arrive late because you would have to deal with her. I don't know if the reception within the albergue itself is nice enough.

El mejor albergue que me he encontrado en el Camino hasta ahora! Very friendly and professional. The albergue is next to a hotel and spotlessly clean, modern, beautiful, spacious and with useful features such as a shoe cleaning corner. I stayed here two nights and loved everything.

Seems to be nearly built and next to its’ parent Alda Hotel. At €15 it is excellent, a/c to boot as well. Towels for hire too. No room for drying clothes though, but they have a washing machine. Feels like a boutique hostel.

Spent 2 nights here and splurged on private accomodation but the whole place looks wonderful. It is clean and modern, the closest to hotel looking albergue I have seen. I looked into the hostel accomodation and the beds are not too crowded and each seems to have a mini private station. Clean bathrooms with complimentary shampoo/body wash with seperate bathrooms for men and women. Service is great, the man at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. Great community area on the ground floor near reception, lots of space and well decorated. There is space to store a bike and also to wash shoes. No actual kitchen, it does have a kettle, microwave, plates/bowls and utensils though. There is also a fridge and freezer. There is both an elevator and a staircase. The elevator is designed for handicapped people and there is a seperate disabled bathroom as well.
