Owner was super friendly and everything was clean and well organised. The beds were large and super comfortable! We checked in at our own time when we arrived from our hike and could leave at any time we wanted in the morning. Coffee, tea and milk is provided and has a wonderful garden to rest in after the long day.
The place is great. The problem is a 9:30am checkout to allow for a 3.5 hour cleaning for a small 2 bedroom house?!?! Makes no sense. Who allows a 1pm check in and requires such an early check out? A nice enough place, but disappointing to learn only once we’ve arrived of the earliest checkout of accommodation I’ve ever seen anywhere. We definitely would not have a stayed here had we known of a pre-9am checkout(?!). €70 is quite steep to sleep somewhere, only to be made to leave before 9am. Unless you’re fine waking up this early, would advise looking elsewhere.
Wonderful little place on the Camino Ingles. There are only three rooms, run by a friendly lady named Monze. Bookings are made via Whatsapp. The place was very clean with tea and coffee available. The living room and outdoor areas were great for relaxing. Correos baggage transfer will drop off and pick up your bags at the little sheltered nook on the property.
This place saved our life!! Very lovely accommodation with all amenities you need. We even got a home cooked meal for free and could warm our wet clothes and hands in front of the chimney. If you do the Camino, don’t stay in the albergue, this place is so much better and almost the same price for much more luxury.
