Unfortunately, the room had been poorly cleaned (perhaps not even cleaned at all) and there were hairs everywhere: floor, shower, and even in the bed. The sheets on one bed hadn't been changed and smelled of previous guests. Furthermore, the sheets were poor quality—synthetic, not cotton. There was only one shower towel; there was no face towel, nor even a shower mat. The location is good (downtown), although the bells ringing every 15 minutes at night are quite annoying.

Excellent host, professional and with great communication. Everything was very clean. Quiet area with good restaurants to enjoy Rioja cuisine. Delighted and highly recommend it.
