Great room for the price. 32eur for double with private bathroom. Only downfall is room on top floor with no ventilation- very hot, in day, no fan. Clean, towels, toiletries, basic but good value. Early take away coffee from 7.30am 5 min walk away at Cafetería Croissantería Avenida Esteiro.
The people were very nice! But our room was moldy, and the entire building smelled like cigarettes. The shower was way too small for adults size humans... I don't like to complain but it's really not a comfortable place.
I had a very disappointing stay. I was first given a room where the toilet wouldn’t stop running, which made it hard to rest. The receptionist kindly changed the room, but the second one was smaller and had no windows. The shower miss 1 door so you can’t close it and during the night, I discovered bedbugs in the bed.
The room was clean and as expected it to be for this price. The only problem was that you can hear if someone in the rooms nearby takes a shower or goes to the toilet. You can also hear when someone locks and unlocks their rooms. So it was almost impossible to sleep after 6 a.m. when first people started to check out. But for 1 night it's a good place to stay with fair price.
We arrived without a booking. The guy who did our check in was very helpful. He gave us a secure place to store our touring bicycles in the laundry. The room was simple and clean. There were free toothbrushes, toothpaste tubes, shampoo and soap. The location was excellent. The room and shower were both toasty warm. Good value for the low price. Simple, quiet and decent.
