We stayed here while on the Camino ingles. Beautiful spot lovely surroundings new rooms which was very comfortable and the staff were excellent and friendly. Blanca was extremely friendly and the breakfast was homemade and really good. Stay here on the Camino to rest and definitely recommend. Thank you for an amazing stay.
The accommodation faces a road, and in the ground-floor room where we stayed, we could hear a lot of passing cars. The cleanliness did not meet our expectations. There was an unpleasant sewage smell in the room, which they tried to mask with air fresheners. The entrance to the accommodation is on a curve, which is somewhat inconvenient. The staff is friendly.
The care and attention you receive from the moment you arrive is outstanding. It's the perfect place to explore the area, which boasts many historical monuments. Nature surrounds you. The food is exceptional, and the value for money is excellent. We'll be back.
Located on a bend in the road with constant traffic day and night. The room is nice and cozy, but incomprehensibly, one window is soundproof and the other isn't... so constant noise is guaranteed, making it difficult to rest. Breakfast was based on industrial pastries, served in the beautiful lounge of a café with a coffee machine, but the coffee is given to you from a thermos... The room was very nice, but these conditions aren't worth it. In the center of Pontedeume, there are better options at the same or better price, and without hearing a car. I don't recommend this accommodation.
My partner and I had the pleasure of staying at El Balcón del Eume during the month of July, and we couldn't be happier with our choice. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to the kindness and hospitality of the owner. Her service was impeccable, always ready to ensure our stay was as pleasant as possible. We were also lucky enough to meet her mother, a cultured woman who offered us excellent advice on the most interesting places to visit in Pontedeume and the surrounding area. Her recommendations added a special touch to our trip, allowing us to discover unique and authentic spots. The accommodation itself is charming, with a welcoming atmosphere that invites relaxation. The cleanliness, the comfort of the rooms, and the views from the balcony were simply perfect. The room had an electric coffee maker and coffee capsules, and breakfast was complimentary for both nights! Without a doubt, we would stay at El Balcón del Eume again. It's the perfect place to unwind and enjoy the beauty of Pontedeume, complemented by exceptional service that makes every moment memorable. 100% recommended.
