Stay here! You will love it! This hotel is the best hotel we stayed in the entire three weeks we were in Spain. The staff are fantastic- very helpful and jolly and speak English. They are so generous - there is excellent free coffee/tea/hot chocolate all day and iced peach tea. Breakfast is home cooked and plentiful and complimentary! with fresh pressed juice, local yogurt, local fruit, high quality muesli and a fully cooked breakfast of eggs, sausage, and ratatouille and several fresh breads and cakes. The hotel is walking distance from the main square with lovely shops, restaurants, bars and historic sites. The only caution is I do not advise parking under the hotel - it’s a nightmare to get out of without scratching your car. Park on the road outside or at the end of the road over the bridge in a large field (with lots of other cars) for free.
Love this place! Truly a gem and the staff here also are incredible. Check in was a breeze. The room was clean beds were comfy and I loved the electric shade controllers near the bed. No need to get up to raise the blinds. The breakfast was so yummy and the area was clean as well. They had a host of foods to choose from. I literally have no complaints! It's also very walkable please visit the kabob place that's less 5 mins a way! The staff were so friendly! I left my charger and they kindly mailed it to me promptly. If that isn't above and beyond service then idk what to say!! I would definitely visit this establishment again 💗
An outstanding place to stay with a bicycle, allowed in the room for security. The staff are exceptional. The facilities are clean, modern, and it feels luxurious. Coffee and Tea available free in the lobby lounge was a treat, in the room would’ve made it a perfect 10/10.
Absolutely amazing! Two minutes away from center town, breakfast included and rooms super clean! The breakfast was nice, (some food was packeted) rooms amazing, beds were super comfortable. This hotel is not overpriced and underrated taking into account it is only two stars. This is absolutely recommended if you are looking for a homecoming, central, clean, comfortable and pet-friendly hotel.
This place is a gem. Really great staff, good location in central Betanzos, nice rooms. 100% would come back and would recommend for anyone doing the Camino Ingles or in Betanzos fit another reason. Breakfast is lovely, rooms clean with air-conditioning (not that you really need it most of the time in Galicia) and a nice modern bathroom. Credit to all the team there for a great little hotel.
