Saving grace for pilgrims. Food is awesome and cheap. Bless!

We stayed here with a group of pelgrims. Great spot, nice beds, clean, perfect place to stay if you’re on the Camino Primitivo. Only thing is that none of the heaters was working and it was only 6 degrees celcius outside. Quite cold 🥶😝

This albergue is in the middle of nowhere. The village is very small. We arrived on a Saturday and the only restaurant in “town” was closed so we had to make food ourselves. Fortunately the albergue had an okay equipped kitchen (amazing!!!) overall this albergue is good. Its a little expensive (15€) compared to other places on Camino Primitivo, but you also get okay value for your money. It’s very clean and nice and new. Sturdy wooden beds that don’t squeak. And the beds were already made upon arrival. The dorm room was relatively small so you won’t get stuck in there with too many snorers ;) The customer service could have been better, but it was okay. There is bar and small shop connected for he albergue so here you can buy some food, but the prices are more expensive than regular supermarkets, so I would recommend carrying some food in your backpack if you can deal with the extra weight.

This has to be one of the top albergues I have ever stayed in! it is a restored farmhouse with great facilities: kitchen, bathrooms, patio and a great restaurant/bar and supermarket on the other side of the road. The sleeping room is relatively big but with brand new bunks and exposed stone walls it offered a great night’s sleep.

Private albergue at 10 euros, clean and with good facilities (kitchen, showers, etc.). Laundry 2.50, dryer 2.00. Decent option for accommodation (there are two in town), the owners also run a bar with an attached grocery store if you want to fix your own food (i found the options in the village to be rather limited).
