Sewage leak, little support, awful experience I rarely leave complaint reviews (I used to work in hospitality so I understand not everything can be perfect), but this was unacceptable that I had to leave a review. On our second day, after rain, sewage water leaked into our room. The smell was overwhelming. I contacted the reception (they only operate via WhatsApp), and they said someone would come the next day so we slept with the awful smell. The next day, someone did come clean but the smell stayed and the sewage water came back only after a few hours. I asked multiple times to change rooms or get a deep clean. No room change. No real fix. Just surface cleaning and new towels. Eventually, they told me to email them. I did, politely explaining everything and asking them for a chance to redeem themselves. At this point, it wasn’t about the money anymore, but because the experience was genuinely awful. I got one vague reply saying they’d look into it. It’s been over two weeks. No response since. The room looks good in pictures, but trust me it was unlivable and UNBREATHABLE. No physical reception. No accountability. If something goes wrong, you’re on your own. Don’t waste your money. Edit: We got back 20% of our money after a while.

The location was great, but everything else left much to be desired. The bed was incredibly uncomfortable and hard, and it was covered in lint and stains, as were the pillows. The bathroom occasionally smelled strongly of sewage, and the room was infested with ants. The price was reasonable, but that doesn't excuse the poor conditions.

The only positive thing is its proximity to the center of Oviedo; everything else was terrible. The staff was completely unresponsive, there's nowhere to park, the bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and the bathroom constantly smelled like sewage. Not to mention how hot it was in that place. I explicitly asked them not to enter the room, but they came in anyway because they had to leave the towels since they weren't clean yet (I checked in around 4:00 PM). It was incredibly disrespectful. This place is managed from Madrid, so they clearly don't know what they're doing and don't care about anything. To top it all off, they made us send a photo of the room when we left so they could see the condition it was in?! I don't understand. Before staying here, save your money; it's absolutely not worth it.

The space was super comfortable and the location was great. Plus, Aser was very friendly and helped me retrieve personal items I'd forgotten. Excellent service!

The room had an unhygienic bed, a strong smell from the pillows, and no sheets. On our arrival day, we went out for breakfast, and upon returning, they blocked the door with everything inside, preventing us from tidying up, which wasted our time and left us feeling very unhappy.
