Really comfortable hotel. Reception staff were very helpful and yhe breakfast staff were exceptional. Tge hotel is on a one way street with less traffic and in an excellent location to go to ghe Park, Old Town or shopping.

I spent two days here and had a good experience. The hotel was smart, clean and comfortable. I really chose it for its city centre location and the spa. The spa was excellent, especially the sauna, which was hot! The steam room was a little too cool for my taste and the pool was small but only what you would expect in a city hotel. Breakfast was included and was fine, not exceptional but ok. The location was great, close to everything I wanted to do so all in all it was a good experience. Maybe another time I might look for more character....... but the spa was good!
Very loud at night (no sound-proof windows), hard to sleep. Small hotel with narrow corridors and small-ish rooms. Breakfast is nice but breakfast room is a bit claustrophobic, in the basement. On the good side: very nice and helpful staff, very central location, practical valet parking.
Terrible experience. Pretty much every staff member we dealt with at this hotel was unfriendly and had a bad attitude. The parking is inconvenient and the advertised valet service is not available in the evening. Mattress on the bed was so hard - I have traveled all over the world and this was the most uncomfortable bed I have ever encountered in a hotel room in my entire life. Room was on the first floor (we asked to be moved to a higher floor but were refused) & there was literally jackhammering outside our window starting at about 7:30am; no one at the hotel had warned us about any possibility of construction noise. Between the difficulty falling asleep on the rock-hard mattress and the early-morning wake-up from the jackhammers, we barely slept at all. We had reserved to stay 2 nights, and that was our plan, but there was no way we could spend a second night after getting so little sleep. We informed the hotel of this but they insisted on keeping our money for the second night. (The whole experience felt like being nickle and dimed: they even charge money to replace the pods for the in-room coffee machine, and you only start with one caffeinated pod, even if the reservation is for two people.) We left anyway and just ate the cost of the second night that we never used. (We didn't stay for breakfast, but we saw the space - it's a depressing windowless basement.) I rarely leave negative reviews, but this experience left an exceptionally bad taste in my mouth. Throughout it all, the staff were totally unsympathetic and did not appear at all concerned about the impact on our vacation.
Perfect location. Very kind service. valet parking. Good hair dryer. Great bath towels. The negative points are in the room. First negative point: the toilet and shower are in the same place and flooded. If one of the guests takes a shower and the other needs to go to the toilet afterwards, will step on a flooded floor. And the walls and door are made of glass. There is no privacy at all. The mattress in the room I stayed in looks like it's about time to be changed. Mattress springs are protruding and uncomfortable.
