AC Hotel Oviedo Forum

Not a very good hotel.Not a 4 star hotel and not a Marriott Hotel No kettle in the room to prepare tea,or coffee. The Air aircondition was off for all the rooms in April'26 with 9 degrees celsius-The room was cold! The hotel is understaffed. One receptionist only per shift and one employee for all the hotel at night. Cleaning finishes at 3pm!Cleaning ladies very polite. The reception staff is not polite, especially the afternoon receptionist who works 23 years in the hotel. Impolite and arrogant i would say. The night receptionist,although eager to help he was not in his position at 1.40am,when i was trying to find a way to clean the room because I was sick vomiting.I cleaned the bathroom with the mop I asked from him when he showed up. One person is not adequate for a hotrl, they may be in the bathroom or busy. Note:I speak spanish, so I dont know if they speak english-even in his language the receptionist was rude and not happy in his job

It’s cheap for a reason. Decent place, nice room but broken mattress and AC doesn’t work. Mediocre to poor service, especially at front desk. Convenient location but on very busy road and noisy area.

Very nice rooms and breakfast. Great location!

Good place to stay overnight. Breakfast too pricey. Language barrier but too visible. Accept of reception staff no one spoke international language even in basic level. Understand me visiting verious locations would be nice to know there's language at least in entry level, but I think staff working in such as high renown prestige place like Marriott hotel group should at least understand English language as well. Other than that staff very pleasant and smiley. Room very tidy. Internet high speed connection. Couldn't complain about it. No tea/ coffee machine in the room which was a bit disappointing but in the bar at least coffee reasonable price. In some websites, rooms adverts seen a note of walls very well sound proof but I couldn't say it about one I accommodate having some noise and knocks from the room next to it. Hotel itself located in the towm centre above the train station. No trains to be heard, but very busy road running next to train station been well noticeable even the window and curtains shut.

Very solicitous people. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast is quite good and it's located right in the heart of downtown.
