Barceló Uviéu Cervantes

I recently stayed at Barceló Oviedo Cervantes and had a very enjoyable experience. The premium room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with large windows and a stylish bathroom featuring a bathtub overlooking the room. I also appreciated the welcome gift of traditional Asturian Moscovitas, which was a thoughtful local touch. The hotel is well located for exploring Oviedo on foot, and the parking was secure and convenient, which is especially important when travelling by car. The breakfast was good, although I expected a little more variety and quality from a 5-star hotel. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would happily return on my next visit to Oviedo. Recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and well-located hotel in the city.

Que bueno! Such a lovely hotel. Helpful, friendly staff, very clean & well laid out modern rooms. The bar & restaurant are what make this place super special with extra care like little bowls of snacks (including sweets!) & the restaurant food is fantastic. Ate here 3 evenings as I wanted to try other dishes. Loved Oviedo & if I visit again I’d stay here again.

More likely a 4-star hotel, not 5-stars. Rooms are quite big, but need to be refurbished (tables, chairs and cupboard were almost falling apart), choice/quality/service at breakfast were far below standard. Location is great.

Perfectly lovely stay and hotel. Great area. No issues but this is a solid 3 star hotel, so temper your expectations…. Nothing 5 star about it.

Great location. Steps away from the main park and all the things to see in old town. Very pretty bar and dining room. Lovely staff. GREAT A/C in the rooms. Comfortable beds. Cons: no tea in the rooms and terrible coffee — but you can’t buy coffee or tea at the breakfast area without buying breakfast. You have to go outside. Worst thing was the parking. Smallest garage with the tiniest pin curves. Literally ruined my check-in, I was so nervous about scratching our SUV. And hotel elevator isn’t on all floors — so we had to drive to P5 to park and then carry all our things up a flight of stairs. We avoided leaving the garage just because it’s almost impossible to pass cars coming up/down at the same time too. It’s all I thought about day of checkout.
