Strategic location to go around the city. Friendly staff (Paulo?), with clear instructions given during our stay. Lovely decorations. Clean and tidy bedroom, with air conditioner, which is a bonus. They provided clean towels. Though there was no kitchen/breakfast provided, there's a TV room. Excellent connection of wifi. I wish they put the hotel name outside the building. we were unsure if we got to the right place before as there's no name on the door. For those who needs a peaceful sleep, bear in mind that the tram rail is just next to the building (a plus in terms of access to the transportation, nearby stop) and whenever someone is closing their doors in the building, it'll make sound. This shouldn't be the reason not to stay here, as you can always prepare ear plugs or ear phone. My only complaint is about the personal bathroom provided to us. It was spacious, but has strong mouldy smell when we first open the door. The ceiling is covered by mould, probably due to the high humidity. I am not sure if the ventilation works, so maybe putting humidifier/ fragrance would help. The floor looks dirty which is unfortunate. The shower drain drained very slow, maybe it's time to unclog it. Theres no hook provided to hang towels, please consider to add some.

Want to know how you can end up on the street at 10 PM with a suitcase even though you have a confirmed reservation? Then this review is for you. I want to share my experience so other travelers know what they might face. Today I was supposed to check in to these apartments. According to the information on the website, check-in is possible until 10:30 PM, but I was called three times and asked to arrive earlier — around 9:30–10:00 PM, because it was more convenient for them. Because of that, I had to take a taxi and spend extra money, even though I am a student and plan my expenses carefully. When I arrived, the reality was very different from what is shown in the photos. The room was extremely stuffy, the air conditioner barely worked, and the window could not be opened. At first, they told me they would refund my money, but then they simply asked me to leave and find another place to stay. At that moment it was already around 10 PM. Let me emphasize: finding accommodation at night is extremely difficult, since most places close check-in after that time. I am not local. I came from another city after work for my studies, planning this trip in advance. Instead, I ended up standing outside late at night with my luggage, looking for somewhere to sleep. Yes, they returned the money, but that does not compensate for the stress, the extra taxi expenses, and the need to urgently book another place at a much higher price. This kind of treatment towards guests is highly unprofessional. I am writing this review so other travelers understand that even with a confirmed reservation, you may still end up without accommodation late in the evening.

Espaço bastante agradável. Fomos recebidos com garrafa de água, caneca pessoal, bolachas Marias e bombons, uma surpresa muito agradável. O senhorio mostrou a casa: quarto, casa de banho e espaço comum. Usufruímos muito da chaleira para fazer chá assim como os chá disponibilizados pelo host no espaço de área comum. Tudo limpo e agradável. O quarto inclui mini fridge, secador. Está muito perto de pastelarias para tomar o pequeno almoço. A entrada da casa tem escadas. A noite houve se o barulho do metro, mas para por volta da meia noite e não é constante.

A D. Sofia e a Patrícia foram 5 ⭐ e muito simpáticas. Existe uma salinha com sofá, mesa e cadeiras, tem chá disponível e uma chaleira, tem livros. Tudo limpinho e a decoração espetacular. Gostei muito
