Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was poor in several aspects. I booked based on photos and descriptions that indicated a comfortable balcony, but upon arrival, it turned out to be either missing or far too small — completely different from what was shown. This is clearly misleading. The customer service was the worst part. The staff I interacted with were unprofessional and showed no concern for guest satisfaction. My requests were not taken seriously, and when I asked to speak to a manager, they simply avoided it. This kind of attitude makes it hard to trust the hotel’s management. The in-room fridge was extremely small — it could barely fit a single can of soda. And the parking situation? Absolutely terrible. Very tight spaces, poor access, and no support from the hotel staff — it was frustrating from start to finish. Overall, a deeply disappointing experience. I do not recommend this hotel at all.

I choose this property for the washer/dryer and the patio. The washer/dryer did not work had them come in and they said it’s broke they did nothing the patio is full of ants can not sit out there without getting bitten. Make sure you receive the email way before check in since we had to sit outside property for a hour and half calling to get that email sent then waited another 30 mins for them to verify the info. I will never stay at another Lime Home property

Great place, very easy to access, very clean and apartments are quite large. Support online works fast and helped us resolve a few minor issues in no time. Highly recommend.

Location: Very close to the cathedral and the historic center. It's also a quiet area for relaxing. Amenities: The apartment is well-equipped with everything you need, comfortable, and cozy. It has an elevator. Everything is new. It has a lovely rooftop terrace. Cleanliness: Everything was very clean. We encountered one issue that we consider significant: Parking: The building has its own parking garage; however, it's locked, and they don't offer the option to rent a space. And the free parking in the surrounding area is very limited. One day it took us an hour to find a parking spot. They should offer the option to reserve a space in their own parking garage or, failing that, at least provide information about nearby parking options. Contact with staff: There's no contact whatsoever. Since it's an apartment, there's no reception. This is common in this type of accommodation, but my impression was that there's no one to contact quickly if you need anything.
