The orner has giving up. Most relevant for Camino but nothing else. An hotel in decay. But still okay if you just need a bed on you Camino.

I booked it while doing the camino de santiago the pics looked nice for thw price, I walked in the bedroom and it looked like a haunted place from a horror movie, I gave my key back walked out and booked another hotel.

Im rating it highly not because its perfect but...after walking two legs of the camino and being rain soaked and -piss poor prior planning- running out of options due to last minute room searches...this place had a great price for a private room and two beds (relative to a hostel), dining room connected to the lobby, clean beds, hot showers, and nice staff. It saved us and having this "old school" option of a hotel sometimes is better than an airbnb where a last minute booking may not get confirmed in time or the lock box is missing the key.

The receptionist was efficient and friendly — she immediately knew who I was when I arrived. The hotel building is old, but the bathroom is well renovated and super clean, with new towels. The bedroom is spacious and tidy with an oldish character. Theres a good bed. The rate is very reasonable and includes breakfast served at 7 am weekdays. There’s an “antique” style lift which does the job. Wifi was perfect.

It's a bit shabby and tired, but clean and central, right on the Camino with helpful staff. Nice wee town. The bar downstairs was noisy until 11pm, and the bus stop outside was very noisy from 5am. Not great, but cheap and cheerful. I would go back.
