Great location very centric, next to restaurants, bars and the San Francisco park. Camila at the reception desk is very friendly! The downside we encountered was construction work going on upstairs in the morning even though there was a warning sign in the lobby, it was difficult to get some rest.

I’m still at the hotel, and while everything else has been fantastic (clean room, friendly staff, excellent location), the cleaning noise in the mornings is unbelievably loud. They’ve been moving furniture and cleaning several rooms around for a couple of hours (it's 9:45 am right now), and it’s impossible to rest while it's happening.
We had the pleasure of staying at Hotel NH Oviedo for a couple of nights, and what truly distinguishes this property is the exceptional quality of its staff. Every team member we encountered was unfailingly courteous, attentive, and genuinely eager to assist. Their warmth and professionalism created a welcoming atmosphere that significantly enhanced our overall experience. The accommodations were equally impressive—our rooms were impeccably clean, thoughtfully designed, and featured comfortable beds complemented by a stylish interior. These details reflect the hotel’s commitment to both comfort and aesthetics. Breakfast offered a good selection and was well-prepared, providing a pleasant start to the day. Overall, our stay exceeded expectations, and we would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a combination of excellent service, comfort, and hospitality.
The hotel has an excellent location. The rooms are a little small. Something we did not like is that to go to the rooms, you have to carry the luggage up and down the stairs to get to/from the elevator that takes you to the rooms. It makes no sense. Also the rooms has big windows with sheers, and no apparent curtains or black outs for privacy. We found out the last night that there were shutters because another guest told us. There should be instructions in the bedrooms, because it is pretty hard to notice that there is a string (right by the frame, and behind the sheers) that closes the shutters. The hotel staff was nice and the breakfast was very good.
It is NOT a NH hotel standard. A lot of noise in the rooms and there is none who can help. The breakfast buffet is not good. THE WHOLE SERVICE IN THE HOTEL IS BAD. I regreat it.
