The rooms were ample and clean. The location felt safe, but had a great view.

After reading the reviews, I thought people were exaggerating. However, I can now say they were way off. The reality surpasses any criticism. The receptionist, far from being friendly, seemed to be doing me a favor by checking me in. If she ever decides to go into customer service, I would recommend she take a course to improve her skills. The room was "okay," in the sense that it was possible to rest in it. However, I felt like I was in the desert in the middle of summer. The temperature hovered around 30 degrees Celsius (86 degrees Fahrenheit), despite it being October and in an area known for its cool climate. Unbelievable! The only one who seemed to care about providing good service was the waiter. Even though the food was, to say the least, questionable, he did his best to make the experience more pleasant. In short, if you can avoid this hotel, all the better. If anyone wants to take the plunge, like we did, be aware of what awaits you. Good luck!
