1 / 5 Very disappointed with the service. Doing the Camino de Santiago, I really needed an information, and since I wasn’t staying at the hostel, they refused to help. The girl didn’t try to understand my request, was not helpful and even a bit rude. In such a small town with only a few restaurants and hostels, a little effort to assist would have been very appreciated. (Especially that I am by foot so not that easy to go to another town).
5 / 5 Perfect place to relax, the staff are very friendly and understanding, clean and quiet, and a special mention to Lucia who helped us and gave explanations even as we were leaving, taking time out of her day; it's a pleasure to have people like that 👏👏👏
1 / 5 Two friends and I stayed here a week ago, and everything was fine until we woke up one morning to find the beds infested with bed bugs. Since we were leaving so early to hike the Camino, we couldn't report the problem because there was no staff on duty. I called to report it and ask them to take action, but they didn't seem very interested.
2 / 5 The hostel is not in adequate condition. It is very overcrowded and lacks cleanliness. The toilets and bathrooms are insufficient.
3 / 5 Great welcome, very good restaurant/bar next door. Unfortunately, the hostel had a bad smell and incredible humidity. No air circulation. No place to leave shoes/sticks covered in fleas, so you have to carry them into the rooms. Out of 3 people, 2 were eaten alive by bedbugs (fabric mattresses, Visco elastane like in 99% of hostels would solve the problem).
