4 / 5 Tucked at the edge of a quiet village stretch, this albergue isn’t just a place to sleep—it’s a modern shelter kissed with Camino soul and warmed by new wood. The vaulted ceiling gives the main space breath and dignity. The bunk beds? Surprisingly great: solid, silent, and spaced like someone finally thought of the tired walker. You get real sheets, real room between bodies, and a decent ladder you don’t have to climb like a goat. Note, don't take beds near bathroom unless you have eye masks.
Bathrooms are clean and practical, with one extra tucked by the main dorm’s entrance—small blessings when nature calls. There's no lounge, but patios, a bar, a dining room, and a garden soften that blow. The kitchen has the bones—table, kettle, space—but no fridge, so don’t bring raw food. The spa exists, if you're the type who needs bubbles and jets—I wasn’t, but it’s nice to know it's there.
The staff are warm and appreciative, not overbearing. They handed me an ice for my swollen ankle without a word—just a knowing nod. No drama, just Camino kindness.
I didn’t try the communal dinner or breakfast, but the posted menu looked great—paella. Local bar and restaurant are close enough if you’re hungry for more.
If you’re in need of a little calm, this is a solid stop. Quiet. Friendly. Simple in the right ways. Just don’t leave your shoes outside during a storm or cold evening.
4 / 5 quite good albergue. good wifi. nice and modern design. hearty snacks are sold. thick blankets available. on the side i was sleeping, the windows can be darkened properly.
An employee told me that the clotheslines are outside of the albergue at a parking space – not protected from rain. Shortly after it started to rain. The employee did not tell me, that there are also many clotheslines on the balcony of the sleeping room – protected from the rain.
I did not understand why the swimming pool can only be used for 1 hour. The water is there anyway, why not use it for 2 or 3 hours?
after making the reservation on whatsapp, questions on whatsapp were not answered anymore.
when going to sleep at 9pm, the dinner at 7pm is too late, but that's the case also in other albergues...
