Albergue Cotón (Negreira)

Coton is clean and modern more-typical pilgrim albergue. Disposable sheet and blanket, also towel. Good facilities - a proper kitchen, laundry incl. for hand washing, washing lines. 40 beds in one huge room although there are dividers, serviced by five individual shower/toilet rooms. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants.

This is everything a modern Albergue should be. They have thought of everything. The service is excellent and attentive, it has aircon and the partition walls don’t go to the ceiling so there is good airflow. Excellent.

Nice place. Clean, well equipped kitchen, hot showers, good facilities all around. I really appreciated the kindness and thoughtfulness of the hostess, who placed me in a bed next to some other women. 100% recommended

Right on the Camino, definitely a great place to stay. We were greeted warmly by the host, who d spoke limited English but we managed to get by. Kitchen amenities are well stocked, so food could easily be prepared here, especially since a Supermarket is just 3 mins up the road. Great individual bathrooms, which were clean and were cleaned after they were used. Large dormitory which houses around 16 - 20 people but beds are comfortable enough. Would recommend
