I stayed here last night and it was not a good experience. Apparently a local homeless man had been wondering about in the Albergue and as I understand it the owner did nothing to secure the pilgrims staying there and was rude to a lady who was asking for his help. What followed was another couple of hours of people moving rooms, repacking etc all with the lights on and really loudly and this ended around 12.30am. Suffice to say I got little sleep and was again woken by people packing with the lights on at some unearthly hour. A really poor experience. Oh, and if you take a shower there are no hooks to put your clothes on and the lights go out mid shower. All in all a fantastic evening. 🙁
Great place to stay, very close to the Camino (cool dirt-road shortcut from the trail that goes around the back of the town). Good kitchen and close to grocery store, nice outdoor area in the back. Staff was friendly and they give you real towels. I would definitely recommend this place for people walking the Camino. One of our better stays for sure.

The apartment exceeded expectations — very clean, bright, and spacious. It’s rare to find this level of comfort at such an affordable price. Highly recommended.
Nice, simple albergue. Easy walk to grocery stores. It was very empty, only 2 other pilgrims in the dorm room when we were there. Plugs at every bed. Small but well stocked kitchen and large sitting / dining area.
